Todd Saylor is a devoted husband, father, and a staunch patriot with a generous philanthropic attitude. After graduating from Manchester College with a BA in Business Administration his drive and tenacity assisted him in becoming a national sales director and sales leader in the PEO industry for five years.
Despite his PEO successes, Mr. Saylor came to realize there was a better way to approach payroll problems for businesses of all sizes and PayServ Systems was born. Since then Todd has worked tirelessly to expand, improve, and ensure that PayServ Systems remains the most flexible, scalable, technologically advanced, full-service payroll outsourcing company in the country.
He is licensed in Life Insurance and Property & Casualty and through his leadership, vision, and an uncanny ability to hand pick and motivate the right people for the job - PayServ Systems is destined to remain the nation’s first and best choice in payroll.

Heather Marckel graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting from Tri-State University in 2003. Then, in 2009, she earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University.
For the past 10-years she has been immersed in the payroll industry, learning it inside and out. She is a hard-working, driven professional and PayServ Systems feels fortunate to find itself in her capable hands.
As the owner of an amusement facility in Angola Indiana, she understands the importance of selecting the right payroll outsourcing company and utilizes PayServ for her own payroll outsourcing.
Heather enjoys exercise, travel, golf, and is currently a Board Member of the Cameron Hospital Foundation.

Eric Coultoff, Vice President of Sales |

Eric Coultoff began his career as touring professional golfer upon graduating from Binghamton University
in upstate New York. After several years of competition around the country, Eric launched his post-golf career in sales with Varsity Gold, where he quickly rose to National Sales Manager of the golf division. After several years with Varsity Gold/Player's
Pass, Eric felt that traveling 40-weeks a year was no longer ideal for his young family. At that time, Eric entered the world of payroll and HR with Progressive Employer Services. In short order, he became a trainer and then a regional manager. From there,
Eric moved on to a Major Market position with Paycor Payroll Services. While with Paycor, Eric developed a commitment to fulfilling the needs of his customers in a consultative manner. He learned the importance of effectively demonstrating his company’s software
in an easy to understand manner.
Eric is now serving as the V.P. of Sales for PayServ Systems. He fits right in to the company’s customer service promise of “humble excellence”. Eric is in tune with the needs of all PayServ’s customers, and is excited for the opportunity to enlighten businesses
to the cost effective, yet comprehensive suite of payroll products offered by PayServ Systems.
Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, coaching his children's teams, and competing now as an amateur golfer, as well as in an adult soccer league.

Kayla Warren graduated from Trine University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree and an Accounting major. By March of 2010 she was a Certified Public Accountant and worked as a financial statement auditor for a well known public accounting firm.
For nearly five years she developed her auditing skills on a multitude of private companies including; colleges, universities, hospitals, banks, credit unions, benefit plans, and manufacturers.
Her professionalism, work history, commitment to customer service and strong sense of loyalty make her a perfect fit for PayServ Systems.
On a personal note, Kayla enjoys; playing golf and basketball, attending college football and basketball games, traveling, and reading.
