At PayServ Systems, we pride ourselves on security and confidentiality of all of our clients' information. We accomplish this via two distinct disciplines, Redundancy and Security. PayServ uses secure payroll servers that are available at any time. Redundancy means that not only is our clients' information secure, it is duplicated continuously and sent to off-site servers at our "hot-site" recovery location at Indiana Data Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This redundancy site has been in existence since August 7, 2008 (hot-site press release). Fort Wayne is a short drive from our main payroll processing center In Angola, IN. Should anything interrupt our ability to serve our customers in Angola, we can continue serving the needs of our customers with data stored securely on outside servers. Within a couple of hours of a catastrophic event, PayServ can be back processing business normally at the "hot-site".

our first priority. Each and every PayServ employee is certified in our procedures. Our current protocol
