Stay at Home: Customer Service Excellence Update
Hello valued Client Partners!
As the list of states with mandatory “Stay-at-Home” ordinances grows, we wanted to reach out and provide you with reassurance that PayServ will maintain our commitment to Service Excellence and will also be printing / shipping your payroll checks as per our usual schedule and processes.
- PayServ, like many of your businesses, is considered a “Critical Business” and can remain open through these shut downs.
- While many of our valued employees will be working from home out of an abundance of caution, our staff will also be working from one of our secure processing facilities in Florida or Indiana to ensure that your employees critical pay checks are being printed and distributed per our standard processes.
- If for any reason you’d like for PayServ to send the live payroll checks directly to your employee’s homes, be sure to ask your Dedicated Support Person for assistance and we’ll get it done!
Also, we’ve been getting many requests to assist our clients with the set-up of new earnings codes in support of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, or FFRCA. Visit https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/pandemic/ffcra-employee-paid-leave for more information.
While formal FFCRA regulations have not been made available as of yet (Expected in Early April, 2020), we can help get you started in the right direction. Just call or email your Dedicated Customer Support person and we can work through the creation of your new earnings code(s) and begin tracking these payments once the Act takes effect.
We will continue to monitor the developments of all aspects of the COVID-19 Health Crisis and advise you as additional, relevant information is made available. In the meantime, don’t hesitate to let us know how we can continue to support you!
