With three locations and employees in five states, Uckele was experiencing the benefits of thrive Payroll, but a disconnect between Payroll and another vendor’s Time and Attendance solution. Employees go online for time off requests, which has reduced scheduling errors. Plus, since everything is contained in one system, the process of uploading Time into Payroll and waiting is no more. “We have had a tremendous reduction in theamount of time we are dedicating to Payroll,” said Randy McElfish, HR Manager. “We’re able to connect more with our employees and focus on being more strategic.”
